RETURNS
We truly love our products and are passionate about them, but if you don’t feel the same way, here’s how you can return your order. We also encourage thoughtful returns whenever possible, as mindful choices support a more sustainable wardrobe.
If you are not satisfied with a product that you have received, you have up to 14 days to initiate a return request. You can do that by filling out a form at Sauths Return Center. Instructions how to and where to ship your return will be provided once your return request has been approved. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of request approval.

NOTE:
We do not accept returns on "Final Sale" , "Made to Order", "Custom size" and "Gift Card" items. Unfortunately we do not offer direct exchanges, however, you may return the original item for a refund and place a new order, or we can offer store credit to use toward a new purchase.
We do not refund:
-shipping costs (both ways)*
-taxes and custom fees**

Shipping Your Return:
Once you have filled our return request form at Sauths Return Center you will receive further notice and instruction via email.
For EU customers: please ship your return directly to our studio using a tracked parcel services at your costs. Our studio address:

For UK customers: please ship your return to our UK warehouse using a tracked parcel services at your costs. Our UK warehouse address:

For USA, and the Rest of the World: for all returns from USA and the rest of the world we provide DHL return shipping label at a cost of 35EUR, this cost is deducted from refund amount.
Refund Policy:
All refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive the return at our studio in Lithuania. If shipping at your own cost please make sure to share tracking details, as otherwise, we can not locate and further process your return.
Note for USA customers:
We collect all taxes and duties shipping your order to USA, those taxes ( 15% of your return) will be deducted from refund amount and added to the 35Eur deduction of return shipping label
Returned items must be unwarn (only to try it on, but please do not tamper with labels) , unused, unwashed, all original labels and tags must be attached.
Please include packing slip in returning parcel that was sent to you with your order.
Returns much be shipped in the given timeframe
If any of the above is not adhered to, we will not be able to issue a refund.
If you return worn, or damaged garments, we will reject your refund, we can ship your items back at your cost or we can donate them locally.
What if I receive a wrong order:
If you receive an item with a defect (size that you did not order, wrong colour, broken stitches), you are eligible for a full refund, including shipping.

Please note that returns from outside the EU may take up to a month to arrive and process due to customs procedures and other circumstances.
