RETURNS

We truly love our products and are passionate about them, but if you don’t feel the same way, here’s how you can return your order. We also encourage thoughtful returns whenever possible, as mindful choices support a more sustainable wardrobe.

If you are not satisfied with a product that you have received, you have up to 14 days to initiate a return request. You can do this by filling out the form at the Sauths Return Center. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive further instructions on how and where to ship your return. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of request approval.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned items must be unworn and unused. Items may only be tried on and must not be washed, damaged, or altered. All original labels and tags must remain attached.

Please include the packing slip that was sent with your order in the return parcel.

Returns must be shipped within the timeframe provided in your return instructions.

If any of the above requirements are not met, we will not be able to issue a refund.

If you return worn or damaged garments, we will reject your refund. We can either ship the items back to you at your cost or donate them locally.

NOTE

We do not accept returns on Final Sale, Made to Order, Custom Size, and Gift Card items.

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the original item for a refund and place a new order, or we can offer store credit to use toward a new purchase.

We do not refund:

  • Shipping costs (both ways)
  • Taxes and customs fees

WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ORDER

If you receive an item with a defect or an incorrect item, such as the wrong size, wrong colour, or broken stitches, you are eligible for a full refund, including shipping costs.

UK returns are collected and consolidated before being shipped to our Lithuania studio, where they are processed and refunds are issued. This may take up to 10 additional business days, but helps keep the process smoother and more cost-efficient for our customers.

Shipping your return

We provide a DHL / FedEx return shipping label for 40 USD. This cost will be deducted from your refund.

Taxes & duties

For orders shipped to the USA, we collect taxes and duties at the time of purchase. 15% of your return value will be deducted from your refund to cover these taxes and duties, in addition to the 40 USD return shipping deduction.

Shipping your return

We provide a DHL / FedEx return shipping label for 25 CHF. This cost will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that returns from outside the EU may take up to one month to arrive and be processed due to customs procedures and other circumstances.

REFUNDS

All refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive the return at our studio in Lithuania.

If you ship your return at your own cost, please make sure to share the tracking details with us. Otherwise, we may not be able to locate or process your return.

We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit. In this case, please contact the delivery company directly.
