RETURNS
We truly love our products and are passionate about them, but if you don’t feel the same way, here’s how you can return your order. We also encourage thoughtful returns whenever possible, as mindful choices support a more sustainable wardrobe.
RETURN TERMS:
If you receive an item with a defect (wrong size, color, broken stitches), you are eligible for a full refund, including shipping. Contact us at hello@sauths.com within 14 days of delivery.
For other returns:
· Please start a return process at Sauths Return Center.
· Return shipping is not covered.
· Return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
· Returns must be shipped withing 14 days of return request approval
US: Return items to our studio (address and further instructions provided after return request approval) using a tracked shipment at your cost. Alternatively, we can provide a DHL return label for 35 EUR, which will be deducted from your refund. For US orders delivered under DDP (Delivery Duties Paid), 15% will be deducted from your refund to cover the taxes we paid, excluding the cost of the return label.
EU: Return items to our studio (address and further instructions provided after return request approval) using a tracked shipment at your cost.
UK: Return items to our designated UK returns address (address and further instructions provided after return request approval) using a tracked shipment at your cost. Returns will be collected and transported to our studio.
Canada, Australia, Rest of the World Returns: Return items to our studio (address and further instructions provided after return request approval) using a tracked shipment at your cost. Alternatively, we can provide a DHL return label for the cost 35 EUR that will be deduced from your refund.
REFUND TERM:
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive the return and in order for us to authorize and process your refund:
· Items must be in original size, color, and condition (no customization).
· Tags must be attached, and items must not be used or washed.
· Returns must include the packing slip that arrived with your order in the returned package.
· Returns must be shipped withing the given time frame
Important Notes:
· Customized, Made to Order and Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
· We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the original item for a refund and place a new order, or we can offer store credit to use toward a new purchase.
· We are not responsible for lost returns. In this case, please contact the delivery company.
· If you return a used, dirty, or tagless item, it will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for return shipping or donation costs.
Please note that returns from outside the EU may take up to a month to arrive and process due to customs procedures and other circumstances.
