SHIPPING

To minimize waste, most Sauths products are made-to-order with a lead time of 2-3 weeks. In-stock items are dispatched within 2-3 working days unless otherwise notified.

We ship to over 150 countries with free standard delivery on orders above 200€.

  • Standard shipping  5-7 working days - 12€

EU:

  • Express Delivery By DHL Courier 2-3 working days with full tracking (delivered duties unpaid) - 20€

US, Canada :

  • Express Delivery By DHL Courier 2-3 working days with full tracking (delivered duties unpaid) - 20€

Australia, New Zealand :

      • DPD Pickup 1-3 working days - You can enjoy the convenience of picking up a parcel just around the corner  - 2,9€

      RETURNS & EXCHANGES

      If you receive an item with a defect (wrong size, color, broken stitches), you are eligible for a full refund, including shipping. Contact us at hello@sauths.com within 14 days of delivery.

      For other returns, please start a return process at  Sauths Return Center.

      Return shipping is not covered. Items must be in original condition, with tags attached, and returned within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive the return.

      • EU, UK Returns: Return to our studio (address provided after return request approval).
      • US, Canada, Australia, Rest of the World Returns: Contact hello@sauths.com for a DHL return label. A €35 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

      Refund Terms:

      • Items must be in original size, color, and condition (no customization).
      • Tags must be attached, and items must not be used or washed.
      • Include the packing slip that arrived with your order in the returned package.

      Important Notes:

      • Customized and Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
      • For exchanges, you must place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
      • We are not responsible for lost returns. In this case, please contact the delivery company.
      • If you return a used, dirty, or tagless item, it will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for return shipping or donation costs.

      Duties and Taxes: Within the EU, no duties or taxes apply. For international shipments, you may incur duties and taxes for which you are responsible. Contact your local customs office for more information.

      Please note that it may take up to one week for some tracking numbers to update. You can track your order by entering the tracking number sent to you here.
