SHIPPING


To ensure the lowest possible amount of waste, most of the Sauths products are made-to-order. Our current lead time for made-to-order pieces is 2–3 weeks, as each item is handmade individually by our meticulous tailors.

In-stock items will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of when the order is received unless you are notified otherwise at the time you place your order. Delivery time is calculated from the day the package is sent from our warehouse.

We ship to over 150 countries worldwide and we offer free shipping standard delivery for all orders above 200€. 

Please note that during any holiday or promotional periods, dispatch times may be slightly delayed.

      RETURNS & EXCHANGES

      If you have received an item with a manufacturer’s defect — e.g. wrong size, wrong color, broken stitches, open seams, etc. — you are eligible for a full refund, including all shipping and handling costs.  Please reach out to us at hello@sauths.com within 14 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to help!

      If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any other reason, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days. Note that we do not cover returning shipping expenses, and returning shipping fees are non-refundable. 

      You must postmark your items for return within 14 days of delivery receipt to be eligible for a refund. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment. Refunds are issued for the full selling price (this excludes shipping costs and additional taxes). After we receive returned item, please allow 10 business days for the refund to process.

      UK customers can return their orders to our UK warehouse. The address will be provided when the return form will be filled. 

      Returns from US, Canada and Australia -  kindly get in touch with our support team. We will assist you in generating a DHL return label. Please note that there is a 35€ return fee, which will be subtracted from the refund amount for the returned products.

      Our products are eligible for a refund if they meet the following terms:

      • Items must be in the original size and length (no customization)
      • Items returned must be in original condition with tags attached (not used, not washed, and not damaged)
      • Items in specific colors may not be eligible for a refund. For more information, get in touch with us
      • The return package must contain a return form completed
      • The return package must contain all the contents of the original package except for fabric samples if the entire order is returned for a refund
      • You must place a return form inside the parcel stating the order number, otherwise, we will not be able to identify the parcel. If we are unable to identify the parcel, we cannot make a refund or exchange. If you do not know the order number, feel free to contact us
      • Items must be mailed off within 14 days as of the day of delivery

      • Please ship return with tracking number and provide it in the return form  to ensure safe delivery. We are not liable for undelivered returns without this information.

      • We are not responsible for lost returns.

      • Returned items in poor condition won't be processed for return as requested

      After we receive the returned item, please allow 10 business days for the refund to process. Upon receiving our email confirming your refund, please allow an additional 5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

      IMPORTANT

      Customized items are final, they cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or altered.
      Items on final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
      If you want to exchange a regular item for a different size, color or model, you will need to place a new order. You can return your exchangeable item for a refund. To return it, please fill out the return form here: https://sauths.returnscenter.com/.
      Please note that you must dispatch the returned items within 14 days of delivery.

      If you are returning a used, dirty, washed, or tags-off product, we will not process a refund. In this case, we will contact you to either return the product to you at your expense or donate it to charity.

      If you have provided an incorrect address or any other inaccurate information, please get in touch with our customer service as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes. We do not take responsibility for shipments delivered to the incorrect address. If a shipment is returned to our studio, we will deduct return shipping costs from your refund.

      We do not take responsibility for returns lost in transit. For assistance regarding lost returns, please reach out to your delivery service.

      While availability might be noted on our website, we cannot ensure product availability or immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease the availability of any or all products, or to cancel any order.

      We strive to fulfill your order as quickly as possible and are making every effort to do so. Nevertheless, due to a significant influx of orders, there may be delays in order processing, and we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

      Please note that it may take up to one week for some tracking numbers to update. You can track your order by entering the tracking number sent to you here

      Duties and Taxes

      Within the European Union, no duties or taxes will apply. For international shipments outside the European Union, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Sauths does not have any control over these fees and cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary from country to country. If in doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order. You can also email us at hello@sauths.com and we will do our best to help!

      If you have not paid local fees and duties, refused delivery, or failed to collect the shipment, we will deduct return shipping costs and fees from your refund when the package is returned to our studio.
